
As a franchisee of Urban Air Adventure Parks, You will operate an adventure park that serves as a venuefor recreational activities, birthday parties, and other group events, and that features adventure parkattractions, that will include some or all of the following attractions: trampolines, foam pits, warrior/ninjacourses, soft play, climbing walls, pro zone, ropes courses, zip lines, Sky Rider, indoor skydiving, dodge ball, rock climbing, digital climbing walls, arcades, bowling, bumper cars, whirly ball, mini golf, laser tag, spin zone, go karts, indoor sky diving, or related activities under the name Urban Air AdventurePark.

Urban Air Adventure Park provides a comprehensive support system designed to guide you from your first day of training through every stage of your business ownership.
Item 11 (FRANCHISOR'S ASSISTANCE, ADVERTISING, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, AND TRAINING) outlines all pre-opening and ongoing support obligations of Urban Air to franchisees.
Required 29-hour online digital training before live training. Live program at Bedford, TX over 3-4 days covering Franchised Operations and Franchise Business Operations. Conducted by VP of Operations team. No charge for initial training.
During operations, franchisor provides knowledge and expertise via on-site visits, printed/digital materials, meetings, seminars, and email/phone. Pre-opening: one training team member on-site for 2-3 days at first location (no charge). Franchisees receive a 202-page confidential Manual.
Local Marketing Expenditure: 5% of Gross Sales (4% to third-party marketing partner + 1% self-directed). NAF: up to 5% of Gross Sales when established (not yet established as of Dec 31, 2024). Grand Opening: $45,000-$60,000 required. Total cap: 6% of Gross Sales.
Franchisees must use franchisor-designated computer systems and POS. Initial cost: $1,750; annual cost: $23,232 (5 POS + 5 self-serve stations). Updates required up to 3x per year. Franchisor has remote access to all POS and system data at any time.
Franchisor designates suppliers for manufacturing and installation of Attractions (currently UA Attractions, an affiliate). Additional designated supplier arrangements for other products and services as specified in the Manual. (See also Item 8.)
